Entre los días 9 y 22 de marzo de 2019 se llevó a cabo la cuarta Ronda DTM en seis lugares de tránsito y asentamiento identificados por tener una alta afluencia de población venezolana. La selección de estos Puntos de Monitoreo de Flujo (PMF) se determinó con el apoyo y participación de informantes clave, entre ellos, las direcciones zonales del Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores y Movilidad Humana, organizaciones gubernamentales, agencias de las Naciones Unidas y organismos no gubernamentales que interactúan con la población venezolana.
