Evaluación Rápida de Necesidades ante la Emergencia Climática. Informe de Evaluación Rápida de Necesidades en las regiones de Tumbes, Lambayeque, La Libertad y Lima
En el contexto de la emergencia climática en el Perú, HIAS llevó a cabo una evaluación rápida de necesidades (RNA) en cuatro regiones de Tumbes, Lambayeque, La Libertad y Lima. El objetivo fue identificar las principales necesidades, riesgos y medios de vida de la población afectada y garantizar el desarrollo de las intervenciones de ayuda humanitaria, sean efectivas y pertinentes. HIAS empleó una metodología cuantitativa con una herramienta contextualizada de evaluación rápida de necesidades para la emergencia climática a fin de evaluar a un total de 370 hogares afectados. Las encuestas fueron realizadas de forma presencial en las zonas afectadas por huaicos, inundaciones y lluvias intensas por un equipo de 26 encuestadores desde el 30 de marzo al 5 de abril.
